Update!Billy's not going to Malaysia, the flights been canceled
The latest on Billy is that he's in France. Nothings confirmed yet, though 
there might be a good chance that he will be returning to New York on the 19.
And leaving for Malaysia on the 27th.

His flight to Malaysia has unfortunately, been canceled. Instead of his 
next stop in Kuala Lumpur(city in Malaysia), it will be in New Zealand.
There, from what we've heard, he will stay for awhile before flying of
to Malaysia for a concert.
So all you fans of Billy in Malaysia, don't dispair, he will be there.. 
sooner or later.
